5-AXIS VERTICAL MACHINING CENTERS

Compact, high-performance 5-axis VMCs in two structures—C-frame (CF/CX) and RAM-type (RF/RX)—aimed at precision surface finish and rigidity for general parts and die/mold. Series: CF/CX Series: CF4 / CX4 and RF/RX Series: RF65 / RX65

5-Axis Double-Column Vertical Machining Centers

Large bridge-type machines for heavy, accurate contouring of big parts; offered with “DM” (HSK100) or “Aero” (HSK63) spindles depending on application.

5-Axis Gantry-Type Portal Machining Centers (TRIMILL)

Large gantry platforms with TRIMILL’s box-in-box design and UHPC concrete elements; options include fixed tables, rotary tables, and auto head-change systems (up to 13 heads on VM).

CNC TURNING CENTERS

A family of slant-bed turning centers covering basic 2-axis to multi-axis work, with options for live tooling, sub-spindle, Y-axis, and either box-way or linear roller guideway designs to balance rigidity and speed. Positioning is for “general parts machining” (and up into mid/upper-range components).

TC Series  - One-piece Meehanite® base for rigidity; box-way guides; 2-speed geared spindle for high torque in hard-to-machine materials; 12-station turret; programmable tailstock.

GT Series - Single-pour Meehanite® base; box-way damping for stability; powerful spindle for low-speed torque; 12-station block-type turret; ideal for basic to mid-range parts.

B Series - One-piece Meehanite® base; box-way construction; scalable from 2-axis to live-tool, Y-axis, and sub-spindle configurations; strong choice for mid- to upper-range components.
